A STUDY ON THE OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY FOR THE CEREBRAL PALSY CHILDREN

Abstract
This study will provide cerebral palsy children with necessary data which are needed in the training for daily and social lives and particularly adjusted activities in occupation through the occupational therapy for the purpose of exalting occupational capacity. accordingly, after I have understood the cerebral palsy above all as soon as possible, and have investigated the basic therapy for the training attended with it, I have set up the target for the comprehensive functional training. ,
In the first place, I have studied Phelp¢¥s technique which has made use of the conditioned reflex according to the control of Sherrington¢¥s contrary [reacting] nerves based on Pavlov¢¥s theory among concrete technique of functional training.
In the second place, I have studied Fay¢¥s training and method founded on the basic motional phases which are attended with evolutionary relationships and the resistant reflection which can activate the system of nervous muscles to the utmost in order to stimulate the guiding course.
In the third place, I have studied Kabat¢¥s theory utilizing the intensified method according to the style of the unified motion and self-controlling attitude by means of speeding up the control of abnormal tensions and the balanced reaction and motivating the inverses reaction.
In the last place, I have studied in priority Bobath¢¥s technique leading the development of the motion, and Rood¢¥s technique stimulating the system of the sensitive movement more stonily than normally so as to exalt the reaction of the movement, and Knott¢¥s technique which has proclaimed the alternation of nervous muscles with a view to reinforcing and giving an impetus to the system of nervous muscles.
